Privacy Policy

Key commitments the final policy will formalize:

• Your thoughts are intensely personal data. They are encrypted in transit and at rest and stored in Canada.
• Thoughts are processed by Claude (Anthropic) to classify and act on them. Your content is never used to train AI models.
• Because processing happens server-side, content is not end-to-end encrypted — we say so plainly rather than pretend otherwise.
• You can delete your account and all data in-app, and export your data (PIPEDA access rights).
• We collect the minimum: your thoughts, account email, and anonymous usage analytics. No ad tracking, no data sales.
